Why you should do a regression even if you don't believe in reincarnation!
5 reasons to consider a regression for increased sense of peace and upliftment
Even if you don't believe in reincarnations, it would still have a therapeutic effect! The results include increased peace of mind, self appreciation, and upliftment.
Reason #1: Access your inner wisdom

Regression helps you access your inner wisdom. We have been conditioned to live by other people's wisdom, but how can someone else know what is right for us?? Why not live by our own wisdom??

Reason #2: done and done

You are typically (there are very rare exceptions) done after one session — with that specific issue that is. Regression therapy is that powerful because during a regression you go directly into the subconscious. While it is laborious to reset our habits, reflexes and coping mechanisms consciously — it takes a minimum of 30 days of daily practice to start forming new neural pathways — in the subconscious it can happen nearly instantly. It is like upgrading the operating system on your laptop — reboot and the new version is up and running. Done. Of course you'll have to work on integrating the healing and the lessons, but you will NOT need a repeat regression for the issue.

Reason #3: feel better by the end of the session!

As a New Yorker I especially appreciate the instant gratification. Well, not exactly instant — a session takes an hour and a half. But yes, it is exponentially faster than traditional therapy. And, it gives you a comprehensive explanation why you felt what you felt unlike some other alternative therapies. In those therapies such as for example reiki you do feel better but you don't know why, nor do you know why you felt bad in the first place. Don't get me wrong — sometimes it is exactly what you need — to just feel better. For the inquiring minds such as myself however, the why is almost as important as the healing itself.

At the end of the session the vast majority of clients report feeling increased peace of mind and tranquility, and a relief in or full disappearance of the symptom (i.e. the heavy emotion or anxiety). After the session it takes a week to a month to see the full effect of the regression, notice how it does not hurt anymore, how you don't feel that anxiety that bothered you for so long you've started to identify with it. How free you feel to be yourself, your light joyous true self. You get your life back. And now you are the one in charge, not your emotions.

Reason #4: regressions are safe!

There is no downside to trying. Regressions are 100% safe for your psyche. The worst that can happen is nothing. Since you regress fully conscious, any information that could re-traumatize you is kept securely locked down in your subconscious. You only remember what you can handle. Safe and sound.

Reason #5: it's a belief system agnostic.

Even if you don't believe in reincarnations, it would still have a therapeutic effect. You would notice that your phobias, anxiety and bad moods dissipate. And if you have been battling any of those for a while, unable to find a remedy that works, why not give a regression a try? The visions can be attributed to imagination, there's even a term for that: false memories. What does it matter — there is no way to prove either way, but what can be proved is the results. The results include increased peace of mind, self appreciation, and upliftment.

People who feel particularly strongly against the concept of reincarnation can take advantage of age regression — it is when you regress into your childhood. In my experience it is as effective as a past life regression. It just may not give the most comprehensive reason for why you got so traumatized after you did not get your favorite candy at a birthday party, but you'll feel the same kind of relief.

What I mean by that is, when the root cause of your trauma is in a past life, it always gets triggered in this one — that is why age regression is as effective, but the trigger can look really benign, seemingly unworthy of such an emotional "overreaction". In those cases only the past life can show you that you were not overreacting, that something tragic and probably violent has happened to you, and your soul still carries that emotional residue causing you to "overreact".

Wrap up:

I've done a bunch and cannot I recommend it enough!

Keep in mind, once you root out one anxiety, another may surface. While for most people one past life regression is enough, some people need several. The most I've done for the same person so far is 5. But there are extreme cases, like me. It took me over 80 regressions to peel off all the emotional residue of past traumas. Don't freak out. I am on the long tail of this distribution curve. In all likelihood you will need one.

The good news about my 80+ own regressions is that I have seen it all, can handle it all. I can guide you to the resolution in the way that serves your highest good. Sometimes that may include a regression into your childhood, your mother's womb, the life between the lives; you might meet your spirit guides or other celestial beings; you'd lose the fear of death because you'd get to see for yourself how it is a welcome transition to the ultimate peace of mind; you would gain a new sense of appreciation for being alive, for this precious opportunity to learn and grow.
