How to prepare for a regression session:
Preparing for a regression is a good moment to reflect on how you have been feeling, take inventory of your emotions, mood patterns and more.
First of all, set the intention for your session.

What do you want to learn? What do you want to free yourself from?

If you are confused and are not sure, we can figure out together.

Once you have your intention, you can decide what your "regression request" should be.

You can scan your dominant thoughts over the last few weeks, or maybe months, or maybe years, and see whether you've had any worries, any recurring worries or anxieties and what those worries or anxieties were about. Maybe they were about a job, or a relationship.

Once you've identified your top priority concern, you can dig a bit deeper.

Where in your body does this feeling resonate? Perhaps it's a knot in your stomach or a feeling of heaviness in your chest? Can you locate it? If you can, that's wonderful, if not, that's okay too. If you located it in your body, remember where you felt it, and we will use it in your regression.

For example, the feeling can be sadness. Or, it can be a recurrent negative thought that you are having. Maybe you've had a terrible mood for the last few months. It wouldn't be abnormal in 2020. We can work on that mood.

Or, maybe you feel like you can earn more money. One client came to me and said, "Hey, I am perfectly capable of meeting all of my needs. I have a thriving business, and yet, every time I try to break through the glass ceiling, reach the next level, something is always holding me back. Out of the blue, all kinds of unexpected, large expenses appear." She even got IRS inspection twice, when she decided to buy a new car.

What we discovered in the regression is that she had this blockage against "excess prosperity". It was kind of a protective mechanism not to make money beyond her basic needs. It was coming from her ancestors. During the soviet revolution wealth was being punished. People lost lives for being wealthy. The dominating program in her subconscious turned out to be "money is dangerous, and if you have a lot of money, you can die". We released that program. She doubled and tripled her revenue in just a couple of weeks after the regression.

Regressions are super effective at dealing with limiting beliefs/programs, because you access your subconsciousness, the place where those beliefs and programs are formed. And where you can rewrite them, "at the source".

What else can you do, or how else can you figure out what to choose for a regression topic?

If you don't have any anxiety bothering you, but you want to grow and expand, that's a great regression request.

Another regression request could be "I want to find this moment when I was truly loved, and I want to see the true perfect love that I experienced, anytime". Maybe it was in your childhood, maybe it was in some past life, we don't know but we can explore.

I had that regression, and I saw myself in a "game of thrones" kind of setting. I was a "simple folk". I had terrible hair, bad teeth, and dirty clothes. I worked at a castle doing some manual labor. But, I was in love. I was happy.

Or, maybe, you want to meet your spirit guides. If that's what you want, regression is a fabulous tool for that. We achieve that in that space called "life between the lives". When you go there, that's where you can meet your spirit guides. If that's what you want, just let me know and we can find the most relevant way for you to get there so that not only do you meet your spirit guides, but also learn something valuable for yourself right before you meet them.

Other kinds of regression requests I've had were strained relationships with your loved ones. It doesn't have to be your partner. Maybe it could be one of your parents. Could be your kids.

Another one is a feeling of betrayal. If you notice, for example, that you feel betrayed by your friends, or maybe your loved ones.

Betrayal or feeling of being abandoned or neglected, or feeling powerless, all of these feelings are remarkable regression requests. You can learn a lot about yourself.

After your regression you will feel more self-love. If this is something you're working towards, then regression is phenomenal for cultivating the sense of self-love.

It's also great for developing the feeling of self-worth, increasing self-esteem, and the sense of peace of mind.

One last thing to add here is that you can be absolutely, 100% sure that you will not remember anything that can traumatize you, because this process is taking place 100% consciously.

Your consciousness is the perfect gatekeeper. Your consciousness will not allow you to remember anything that can harm you. Anything that you remember is for your benefit and there's only healing in that information. You simply will not recall anything damaging.

It will be so much fun. If you do a past life regression, imagine it's like a movie that has not only images and some crazy storyline, but also the feelings. You will feel the feelings of the person you see yourself as, and you will see for yourself just what your imagination is capable of. It will be awesome, I promise.

I look forward to doing a regression with you. Thank you for reading!

Much love,

Elena
Tune in with your body... where do you feel your emotions?
To prepare for your regression, tune in with your body, and see where that heavy feeling resonates... a heavy chest, a knot in your stomach or a lump in your throat?
Here's additional information on how you can prepare for your regression session.

Let's suppose you know what you want to regress about. For example, you've been feeling this heavy feeling. Maybe it's a fear, maybe it's anxiety about future, maybe it's a regret about the past. Once you know broadly what it is that you want to regress on, try and see whether you can locate this feeling in your body somewhere.

For example, maybe when you think about this fear or think about the circumstances when this fear or anxiety appears, where in your body do you feel it? Is it like a knot in your stomach or maybe it's like a heavy chest or maybe it's an ache in your heart. Sometimes it can be in your throat or maybe it's like a headache, you immediately feel like, ah, something is squeezing on your temples.

Whatever it is, just figure out and try to tune in with your body and identify that place in your body where you feel it. That's where we will do the regression.

Usually that's the fastest, the most efficient way to address that present issue that's bothering you right now.

I look forward to doing a regression with you.

Thank you. Lots of love!
