I am aware that regressions are not a medical treatment, does not represent medical care, and is not a substitute for professional medical, chiropractic, psychiatric, psychological, dental, or other treatment. If I experience any discomfort or symptoms of a medical nature during the treatment, I agree that I will contact my medical or other appropriate practitioner immediately.

I understand that all methods of treatment used during the sessions are forms of Mind Body Balancing, intended to assist the natural healing process of the body, mind and emotions. These techniques are non-invasive and at no time will I be expected to participate in any form of treatment that is not within my personal zone of comfort. If anything being practiced is outside of my zone of comfort, I will bring this to the attention of the practitioner, Elena Anfimova, immediately.

I understand that regression session does not involve the diagnosis or direct treatment of disease, nor is it a substitute for medical treatment when such attention is required or desired by an individual.

I understand that all regression sessions is a form of self-healing. As the client, I take responsibility for my role in my healing process. In order to achieve my wellness goals, I commit myself to authenticity in my dealings with Elena Anfimova.

Limitation of Liability

I expressly understand and agree that in no event shall Elena Anfimova, including affiliates, licensors and any related parties, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for losses or expenses or other intangible losses, regardless of whether Elena Anfimova has been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with my use of, inability to use, the performance of, or reliance on any services or information provided by Elena Anfimova, including the Your Inner Wisdom website.
